개인 개발자 Jaelyung Kim(이하 “개발자”)은 HSK 포켓 단어(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱 이용 과정에서 처리될 수 있는 정보와 그 이용 목적을 안내합니다.

1. 앱에서 직접 수집하는 정보

개발자는 회원가입, 로그인 또는 별도의 서버를 통해 사용자의 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 등 개인을 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

학습 이력, 퀴즈 결과, 단어 암기 상태 등 앱의 학습 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 저장되며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 광고 서비스

현재 배포 버전에서는 광고를 요청하거나 표시하지 않으며, Google AdMob 관련 기능은 비활성화되어 있습니다.

3. 아동 개인정보 보호

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자가 아동의 개인정보가 직접 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 합리적인 조치를 통해 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.

4. 개인정보의 보관 및 삭제

앱의 학습 데이터는 사용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 학습 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 직접 관리하는 서버에는 사용자의 학습 데이터나 개인 식별 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.

5. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

앱의 기능, 사용 중인 제3자 서비스 또는 관련 법령이 변경되는 경우 본 개인정보 처리방침이 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시하고 최종 업데이트 날짜를 수정합니다.

The individual developer, Jaelyung Kim (“Developer”), values the privacy of users of HSK Pocket Word (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App and how it may be used.

1. Information Collected Directly by the App

The Developer does not require account registration or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through a Developer-operated server.

Learning data such as study history, quiz results, and word mastery status is stored on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer’s server.

2. Advertising Services

The current release does not request or display advertisements. Google AdMob features are disabled.

3. Children’s Privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children under the age of 14, and the Developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information directly. If the Developer becomes aware that such information has been collected directly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Learning data is retained on your device until you delete the App. Deleting the App also deletes the learning data stored by the App on that device. The Developer does not store users’ learning data or personally identifiable information on a Developer-operated server.

5. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App’s features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
