1. 앱에서 직접 수집하는 정보

학습 이력, 퀴즈 결과, 단어 암기 상태 등 앱의 학습 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 저장되며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 광고 서비스 및 제3자 서비스

앱은 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 및 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용합니다.

Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 사용 방지 및 서비스 개선 등을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 처리할 수 있습니다.

3. 광고 개인화 및 사용자 선택

The individual developer, Jaelyung Kim ("Developer"), values the privacy of users of JLPT Pocket Word ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App and how it may be used.

1. Information Collected Directly by the App

The Developer does not require account registration or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through a Developer-operated server.

Learning data such as study history, quiz results, and word mastery status is stored on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer's server.

2. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information for purposes such as delivering ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and improving services. Such information may include:

3. Ad Personalization and User Choices

Where required by applicable law or platform policies, the App requests consent relating to advertising personalization or data processing.

Where available, users can review or change advertising consent choices through “Privacy Settings” in the App's settings screen. If consent is not provided, non-personalized or limited ads may be shown, or ad delivery may be restricted. The App's core learning features will remain available.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children under the age of 14, and the Developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information directly. If the Developer becomes aware that such information has been collected directly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

5. Data Retention, Deletion, and International Processing

Learning data is retained on your device until you delete the App. Deleting the App also deletes the learning data stored by the App on that device. The Developer does not store users' learning data or personally identifiable information on a Developer-operated server.

Information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be transmitted automatically over a network to Google LLC and related service providers while the SDK is operating. It may be processed in countries where Google and its service providers operate processing facilities. The purposes and categories of data are described in Section 2. Retention periods and deletion procedures are governed by Google's policies and applicable law.
